Still, it was a good food experience as I tried some dishes for the first time.。 On my first night in Taipei, I was guided by gallery owner Chiu and his partner Gina.、Enjoy Goose Meat at Tokue Goose Meat Shop。It's full of fat, but it's smooth and not at all greasy.、Even more delicious when served with the garnished ginger.。 The restaurant's emen has a refreshing flavor that somehow reminds you of Okinawa's soki soba.。The distance between Taiwan and Yonaguni Island in Okinawa is about 100 km.、Is it natural to say that there are similarities in ingredients and seasoning?。 For breakfast on the second day, we went to Jiangjia Yonghe Bean Pastry, which was introduced to us by Mr. Qiu, and had red roasted beef noodles, side dishes, and fried water lotus.。This store is open 24 hours、The characteristic feature of beef noodles is that they contain oil.。It was written on the menu that the beef noodles would be served from 11am.、Even before that time, they made it for me when I asked.。 Breakfast on the third day was also made with soybean paste and boiled rice cakes at Jiangjia Yonghe Bean Pastry.。A combination that is rarely seen in Japan: sōmochi (grilled bread) and aburajō (fried bread) sandwiched together (in other words, bread x bread).。The fragrant fried water lotus I ate yesterday was delicious so I'm going to repeat it.。I got too greedy and picked out a side dish from the skinned egg tofu, but I ended up eating too much and regretted it... The top center is water lotus, a vegetable you don't see in Japanese supermarkets.。Water lotus is a common name、Officially, it has a strong-sounding name, ``Ryukotsu Gonnai.''。By the way, the Japanese name seems to be Taiwan Gagabuta.。This is also strong。 ≫ Wikipedia On the third day, after the slide talk, I met with Chiu, Gina, and Shen.、Six people, including Art Dealer Lin Shunjie and photographer Chen Jingbao, went to the famous Seafood Festival.。This restaurant has chairs and tables lined up on the sidewalk and in the parking lot of the adjacent church, allowing you to eat and drink outdoors.。Apparently restaurants in Taiwan allow you to bring your own food and drinks.、Mr. Shen eats snacks such as sunflower seeds.、Mr. Chiu bought a bottle of wine at a nearby convenience store and brought it with him.。 At this restaurant, we had grilled fish and stinky tofu.。I forgot to take a photo, but the fried octopus mouth was delicious with a texture similar to chicken cartilage.。 This restaurant is also popular among young people.。 For breakfast on the fourth day, I took the subway to Dadaocheng Cisheng Temple Food Street, which Mr. Shen recommended.。As soon as you get off Ohashitou Station and go to the ground level, you will see a lively food market.、Once you pass through the market, there are food stalls lined up around the temple.。 There are tables lined up behind the stall (in other words, inside the temple grounds).、Looks like you can eat there too.。 Eating fried rice (fried rice with whitebait) and winter melon bone soup at Alan Ding Fried Rice。 Good location too、This was my first time eating rice during my stay, and it was delicious! A day in the life of Master Shen Zhaoliang

Fourth day in Taipei、Stay in the gallery for a little while、In the evening, I was able to participate as a guest in a workshop-like event hosted by Mr. Shen.。It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to New Taipei City, which is a little far from Taipei city.。At first I thought of going by public transportation.、I got lost a lot because I misread Google Maps.、When I was in trouble, I chose Uber.。I was a little late when I arrived at the venue, the New Taipei City Government Shenkeng District Promotion and Citizen Activities Center.、Mr. Shen and the students were waiting for us at the entrance.。I didn't know the outline of this workshop (hereinafter referred to as WS) until I actually participated.、It seems to be a photographer training course for Mr. Shen's university graduates.、Once a month since most of the participants are working adults、Apparently it's held on Sunday。I joined from around 4pm.、Apparently this WS starts at 9am.。On this day, Mr. Shen was introducing a photo book rich in design from his collection.。after that、Mr. Shen led the explanation of my work and about the independently managed gallery in Tokyo.、Also, about the existence and nature of Japanese photography awards.、Proceed in a conversation format。I ended up mostly just answering questions.、The enthusiasm for photography can be felt from the sincere attitude of the students.。hot! Exhibition @1839 Contemporary Gallery
